On October 11th, the Fengshen Ziwu Project giant tire 59/80R63 was successfully launched at the Fengshen Tire Jiaozuo Base, a subsidiary of China National Chemical Corporation, marking an important step for Fengshen Tire to become a global leader in industrial tire quality.

The giant tire successfully launched this time was independently developed and produced by Fengshen Tire, with a diameter of over 4 meters, which is equivalent to the length of a household car; Weighing nearly 6 tons, equivalent to the weight of 3 household cars, it is mainly used for giant mining dump trucks of around 400 tons.

This product achieves excellent performance in low heat generation, high mileage, ultra wear resistance, and cutting resistance of tires through leading finite element simulation technology, low heat generation formula design and belt layer structure, unique heat dissipation design, and balanced vulcanization technology. Since the project was completed, the R&D team has overcome more than 30 technical challenges and obtained over 20 patents and proprietary technologies.

The successful offline of the Fengshen Ziwu Project giant tire 59/80R63 is an important achievement for Fengshen Tire to create a new competitive advantage and strategic growth pole, representing another breakthrough for "Made in China" in providing high-quality product services to major global mining tire customers.
